Founded in 2012 at CommonGround Golf Course, the Academy empowers young people through a two-year caddie-training program, teaching leadership and life skills. Open to students after 8th grade, it provides underprivileged youth with caddie grants and places graduates in established Denver Metro caddie programs. Participants also attend leadership meetings and complete community service, combining personal growth with hands-on golf industry experience.
