Charles is a Class A member of the PGA that has been in the business since 1999. Charles worked in the private club sector as Assistant Golf Professional for Pocono Farms Country Club in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2005, and as Assistant Golf Professional for The Country Club of Virginia from 2005-2007. In 2007 Charles became the Head Golf Professional at Woodstone Country Club where he realized that his true passion was growing the game through instruction and coaching. This desire to help people improve brought Charles to GOLFTEC where he has been since late 2007. In 2013 Charles became the Director of Instruction and Regional Manager for GOLFTEC Philadelphia overseeing the operations and training of four GOLFTEC locations (Malvern, Moorestown, Springfield, and Willow Grove). Charles has taught over 30,000 lessons in his career helping people achieve various goals such as career low rounds, and tournament wins.
