Don graduated from Mississippi State University in 1995 and has been a PGA Member since 1996. He did internships at Amelia Island Golf Resort, Des Moines Golf and Country Club, and the Country Club of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He was Director of Tournaments at Sandestin Golf Resort and then became Head Golf Professional at The Raven Golf Club (Now Arizona National) in Tucson, AZ and then at McCormick Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ, before joining the GOLFTEC team in 2002. Don has taught over 32,000 1/2 hour lessons and given over 740 club fittings. He was awarded with GOLFTEC City Manager of the Year in 2007 and 2008.
