Kenny started playing golf in middle school and had a successful athletic career in high school, participating at both the regional and state levels. Kenny has a background in Biology and Economics from New York University but his passion for golf has kept him in the golf industry. Throughout his career, Kenny has won several amateur tournaments held in South Korea. He continues his golfing journey here in the United States by playing Monday Qualifiers, State Opens, and Mini Tours held in California and Illinois where he scored a personal tournament record 65 during the Journey at Pechanga Tournament. He also participated in PGA Q-school. Kenny is experienced in teaching high-level students who are involved in the American Junior Golf Association. He enjoys helping his students improve their games almost as much as he enjoys playing golf himself. Kenny can fit his lessons to a wide array of levels from juniors, beginners, active players, or professionals. Kenny believes golf is not a one-size-fits-all sport and anyone can develop a consistent golf swing with the correct guidance. His goal is to teach you how to master fundamentals in golfing from posture, grip, alignment, body rotation, and swing and ultimately achieving better scores on the course. His teaching knowledge combined with his playing experiences will make your lesson a great learning experience.
