Matt is originally from England, UK and moved to the states in 2011 for junior college to play collegiate golf out in Arizona where he attended Scottsdale CC for 3 years. He attended Cal U of PA in the PGM program and competed some collegiate events while there with some low individual finishes. Also, passed his PAT first time with rounds of 73, 68 and a career round of 64 PB. Matt is now a PGA Level 2 Associate and goal to be a PGA member as soon as able to be. Matt has been teaching for 7.5 years as a Golf Professional and worked with all kinds of golfers-lapsed golfers, beginners, juniors, some collegiate players. Also, shadowed some top teachers/past players in the my career such as David Orr, Donna Andrews, Pat/Bonnie McGowan/Sally Austin back in the southern pines area who helped me grow as a teacher. Matt enjoys working with all types of golfers and helping them achieve their goals. Now in the process of working towards becoming a PGA Class A member and is excited about the Golftec journey to become a certified teacher!
